Dr. Carrington is known academically for attending one of the nation’s most prestigious medical schools, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and for conducting research at institutions such as Harvard and Yale universities. However, among her patients she is simply known for her remarkable bedside manner and patient advocacy. After completing her OB/GYN residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, Dr. Carrington chose to return home to Central Florida to focus on women’s health care in the community where she grew up. Now, Dr. Carrington specializes in women’s health from adolescence through menopause in Orlando, FL.
